Display of signs (in part retrospect) at 174 High Street, Perth, for Gwenn Mccreath;
Renewal of permission 18/00168/IPL (erection of a dwellinghouse, in principle) on land 50 metres north-west of Schiehallion, Campmuir, for Drysdale Holdings Ltd;
Alterations to boundary wall at Taymouth Castle, Kenmore, for River Tay Development Ltd;
Alterations and extension to dwellinghouse at Rosearn Cottage, West Toft, Stanley, for David Dunbar;
Listed building consent and permission for erection of a dwellinghouse and garage on land 25 metres south-east of Hanzie Lodge, Gilmerton, for Alan and Heather Robbins;
Extension to dwellinghouse at 29 Glenorchil View, Auchterarder, for Mr and Mrs D Martin;
Alterations and extension to dwellinghouse at Garvock Lodge, Dunning, for Noelle Stothard;
Renewal of permission 20/00024/FLL (alterations and extension to dwellinghouse and formation of hardstanding) at Tarmangie, Glendevon, for Alexander Fraser;
Erection of a dwellinghouse, garage and workshop/ temporary residential accommodation, installation of air source heat pump, erection of gates, formation of landscaping and associated works (revised design) on land 60 metres north of Craigbank House, Cleish, for Mr and Mrs William and Sadie Travers;
Installation of replacement windows at Glen Luke, 3 High Street, Kinross, for Heidi Sinclair;
Alterations and extension to dwellinghouse at Green Gates, 12 Station Road, Kinross, for Mr and Mrs S Baxter.
The following applications were refused during the same period:
Listed building consent for alterations and extension to dwellinghouse at Dovecot Cottage, Knapp, for Mr and Mrs Wilson.
