On selected dates throughout December, explore 26 acres of period houses and shops – from poverty-stricken families pawning their last possessions to lavish Christmas dinners in swanky 1930s apartments – you’ll see just how people of history celebrated this special day. The little ones can join in the fun-filled search for Santa – with a festive character as their guide, they’ll take part in an unforgettable quest, meeting a series of characters along the way. By solving clues, sprinkling magic dust on reindeer shoes and sending letters to Santa, they’ll eventually find his secret hideout. And there’s a surprise gift waiting for everyone!
