Shai-anne (pg26) couldn’t wait to be a mum, but her baby was born with a rare skin condition that meant her little boy couldn’t even close his eyes.

While Katie (pg18) was heartbroken when her daughter Jeanie-may was diagnosed with not one, but two cancers.

But both mums dug deep, and found strength they never knew they had.
