Shall I tell her I know so she can speak out?

Ever since my sister and I were little, I’ve suspected that she’s gay. She’s 34 now, and still hasn’t ‘come out.’ I think she’s worried what people will think but I’d 100% support her. Should I encourage her to be true to herself? What if I’m wrong?
