When we are in a slump or finding it hard to get motivated, it can be tempting to pursue an all-or-nothing approach. If we have been struggling to get into shape, we might decide to suddenly run 10K, or exercise every single day of the week. But that is the worst thing you can do!

Instead, choose something you want to improve and start small. Aim to be 1% better tomorrow than you are today.
