A beginner’s guide to manifesting

-

If the world of magic seems all too daunting, a great way to begin is the practise of manifesting. In simple terms, manifestation means to focus on what you want from your life. If you are determined to do so, your thoughts will become a reality.

Gina Swire, author and manifesting queen, shares her top tips for manifesting everything you want in your life.

Tip 1: Create a vision board

Creating a vision board is the perfect tool to help with clarity. Begin by choosing six things that you want to manifest right now or in the future, and then find pictures that represent each of these things. For example, if you want to move to Bali and own a beautiful seaside villa, put a picture of this on your vision board. You can also add words or phrases. This keeps you connected to your vision, creating a bridge to how you’ll feel when it happens.

Tip 2: Make sure your goals complement each other

When asking for multiple things, make sure they complement each other. If you want to start a new business but you also want a promotion in your full-time job, it creates a contradiction. Asking for both means the universe could give you neither. So decide which one you want more!

Tip 3: Speak it into existence

Why not try a ‘miracle message’? This is where you send a text message to a friend, partner or family member, to tell them that your dream has already come true. Explain what you’re doing and start the message with ‘MM’. For example, texting a friend ‘MM: I got the book deal!’
