Boxing Day Horror...
On 26 December 2000, Michael Mcdermott – an employee at Edgewater Technology in Wakefield, Massachusetts – shot and killed seven co-workers. Using an AK- 47 variant, a 12-gauge shotgun and a .32 calibre pistol, he fired 37 rounds, repeatedly shooting his victims in the back of the head. Mcdermott was found guilty of seven counts of first- degree murder. He was sentenced to seven consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole.
