The candied orange segments we use in this recipe can be quite difficult to get hold of. If you struggle to find them, you can make your own by boiling and cooling slices of orange (or satsuma or clementine), then soaking the slices in a syrup made by heating water, caster sugar and orange juice together in a saucepan.
