Pick Me Up! - - QUICK & EASY RECIPE -

The can­died or­ange seg­ments we use in this recipe can be quite dif­fi­cult to get hold of. If you strug­gle to find them, you can make your own by boil­ing and cool­ing slices of or­ange (or sat­suma or cle­men­tine), then soak­ing the slices in a syrup made by heat­ing wa­ter, caster sugar and or­ange juice to­gether in a saucepan.
