Tea: Full fat roast with all the trimmings
Pudding: Homemade cake and custard
Snacks: Biscuits, crisps, chocolate AFTER DIET: Breakfast: Fruit with yoghurt and crushed ginger nut biscuit Lunch: Poached egg on toast with a sugar-free chocolate bar Tea: Fresh meat and salad or a light roast Snacks: Fruit and WW bars
