Food for thought

Can late-night snacking affect your work life? A new study suggests it could. Research into the effects of eating unhealthy in the evenings before a workday consisted of observing and questioning 97 employees in the USA. They found that too much junk at night caused headaches, stomach aches and diarrhoea the next day. It was also reported that more emotional strains in the morning were a result of late-night treats. These things caused less productive workdays.

It was also found that those who ate unhealthily were less likely to be helpful towards their colleagues and avoided difficult work situations.
