Pilot - - NOTES -

In celebration of Boeing’s 100th anniversary and Womenventure 2016, Alaska Airlines flew its newest Boeing 737-900ER to EAA Airventure at Oshkosh from Seattle. It had an all-female crew and its cabin was filled with female employees from Alaska Airlines, Boeing and Virgin America, and female students from Raisbeck Aviation High School in Tukwila, Washington. Among those on hand to greet them was Christine Walsh, Boeing’s Deputy Test Pilot, who was taking a break from her work on the certification program for the new 737 MAX.
