Wellesbourne woe increases

Pilot - - Airmail -

Following the County Court hearing on Monday 25 June, His Honour Judge Richard Hayden Williams turned down the combined claims for a renewal of the businesses’ leases at Wellesbourne Aerodrome. All businesses have attended a meeting with a panel of representatives of Stratford District Council to discuss and explore the hand down of the judgement.

We, as the tenants, are to meet with our legal teams to explore the grounds for an Appeal, in order that we do so within the 21 days allowed. If we do decide to Appeal the process could take a considerable time. If we don't then we would have to relocate on 16 October 2018.

An appeal notice has been produced by the team at Wellesbourne Mountford. Please do take a moment to read through the plea and support the airfield.
