Brexit clarification

Pilot - - NEWREGS -

As things stand, a person can place an aircraft on the UK Register if they are a British or Commonwealth citizen or if they are from the European Economic Area. This month we have Mainair Blade G-BZPN from the Irish Republic, Boeing 757 G-DHKS from Belgium and Maule G-VVME from Germany, among others. There was uncertainty as to whether this arrangement could continue after Brexit, but it appears it will. The CAA has published a microsite to the current situation.exit/
