Tecnam wins large Chinese fleet order
China’s Liaoning United-air Shenyan Co Ltd has ordered a fleet of thirty Tecnam aircraft for the Anhui Lantian International Flight Academy (ALIFA). Announcing the order, which comprises a mix of P2010 Twenty-tens and P2006T twins, ALIFA Chairman Xie Chunqui, said: “Our company has selected these models to replace our legacy fleet of training aeroplanes. [They] will not only enable us to provide our cadets with the very best training fleet, but will also support our ambition to establish ALIFA as a world-class flight training organisation”.
Tecnam’s Global Sales and Marketing Director Walter Da Costa added: “ALIFA has a well-earned reputation for delivering flight training to an exceptional standard, and we are honoured to be key partner in the future development of China’s next-generation of commercial airline pilots.”
