Air League scholarships, L3 training win, Farnborough 2019 scholarship winner
Air League scholarships
The Air League’s Flying Scholarships are offering twelve hours of powered flight training towards the award of a Private Pilot’s Licence enabling aspiring pilots to gain further experience. Successful scholars undertake their training as a residential course over one to two weeks to ensure consistency in their learning, and to allow training as a small group with other scholars so that a fun, open learning environment can develop.
Applications for the scholarships are open until 31 January 2020 and interviews will be held in March/april 2020. Flying scholarships must be completed between May and the end of October 2020. This year, the Air League will be working with the Royal Air Force Sport Aircraft Flying Schools and other partner organisations in the UK to deliver the flying training.
