Team raises funds through moustaches
A TEAM from a builders merchants has raised £910 for charity through Movember.
Lee Webb, Sean Taylor, Derek Baldwin, Dean Kidd, Shaun Hopgood, Stuart Spiers, George Crouch, Jamie Dent and Chris Collard, who all work at Covers Gosport, raised £455 after spending the month growing moutstaches.
As part of the Covers’ match donation scheme, the company doubled the amount taking the final total to £910.
Chris Collard, depot manager of Covers Gosport, said: ‘We are proud to have supported this initiative and helped raise awareness of men’s health issues. It’s really important to continue to spread the word and ensure that men and their families are getting the help they need. Congratulations to the team for raising so much money.’
