Staff have combined service of 285 years

A MANUFACTURING firm says it has one of the most loyal workforces in the country.

Around a quarter of the staff at Barnbrook Systems in Fareham have a combined record of service of 285 years between them - and they all enjoy working for the company which manufactures electro-mechanical switching devices for the aerospace, defence, marine, railway and commercial industries.

Barnbrooks founder Tony Barnett said: ‘They must be one of the longest-serving groups of employees in the whole country.

‘We are lucky to have a close knit workforce who get along very well.’
