Feral youth

Can I ask why gangs of youth are causing havoc round Southsea? Where are the parents? My friend lives near the high school and there was a gang of 30 – all fighting, shouting and playing silly twists. I used to do appropriate adult work and the parents never wanted to come to the station to sort their kids out. This has to be stopped. Everyone I know wants National Service back – I served in the army loved it. But the forces probably do not want this gang of unruly wild teens. It is very scary for older people who live in the areas they are terrorising Why do the government not do something? If this was Russia or China, they would soon shape up. I think it needs sorting before someone is killed. It is girls too, they are just as bad. Drugs were being used too. Sort it Boris!
