TICKETS NOW ON SALE FOR THREE-DAY BEER, CIDER, AND WINE FESTIVAL IN EMSWORTH
A BEER festival in Emsworth is set to return for its fifth year this September – and tickets are now on sale
The three-day Emsworth Beer, Cider & Wine Festival will see more than 25 delicious cask-conditioned ales from across the country, including local brews and national award winners, as well as a range of excellent ciders.
In a message on social media, the organisers of the festival said: ‘We will be joined by Emsworth’s independent wine merchants, Bush Vines, Portal, Dingwall & Norris, and Vin, who will be providing a great range of wines by the glass.
‘Indian Street Food will be provided by Emsworth’s excellent Darbar Restaurant.
‘We are really pleased to be working with these local businesses.
‘This year’s ‘Friday Night Is Music Night’ will feature piano player and raconteur Andrew Beaumont, who will be playing a great selection of traditional pub songs and other tunes.’
The festival in the Emsworth Community Centre will held from 5pm to 10.30pm on Friday, September 24, 11am to 10.30pm on Saturday 25, and from 12.00pm to 4.00pm on Sunday 26.
Tickets for the Saturday are available for a 11.00am to 5.00pm slot, and for a 5.00pm to 10.30pm slot.
The Sunday of the festival is free to attend as ‘drink-up session’ where any remaining beers will be on offer with a substantial discount.
Punters are advised to bring their own clean two or four pint container if they would like to take any beer home.
Sponsoring a barrel at the festival for £100 will include six free tickets.
