Just who is running the country?

Seeing our hapless prime minister and his doom-laden ‘advisers’ at a recent press conference, and much as one is tempted to draw a comparison with the deckchair committee on the Titanic, it would appear with the new ‘reshuffled’ cabinet that nothing much has changed.

It is still anyone but the cabinet running the country.

For example: Scientific and medicals advisers, numerous ‘professors’ of some sort or other, aides, striking civil servants, HMRC with their all-powerful tax collection rights, people smugglers, TV enforcers and all the other quangos or ‘Of ’s like Ofgen and Ofcom, together with human rights lawyers.

Even having left the EU we are still governed by EU diktats and directives.

Is it any wonder people are fed up with this useless government and its doom-laden ministers and advisers?
