Trio’s new wellbeing company

-

THREE local coaches have teamed up to create the Be Well Coaching Company, which will offer transformative coaching programmes to help people re-establish positive wellbeing.

Peter Hopkinson, Sohaila Sophia and Emily Alexander are experienced, and qualified coaches based in the City who aim to help people find solutions to the daily challenges that can affect wellbeing.

The Be Well Coaching Company will offer a bespoke and confidential coaching programme to its clients, aimed specifically at helping people talk through and understand their challenges.

The programme will help clients to adopt a positive mindset and to come up with realistic next steps to overcome them.

Peter Hopkinson said: ‘We have gone through and are going through enormously challenging times, and we are witnessing a real change in our work and family lives.

‘We want people to make their wellbeing a priority and that’s where we can help.’

Although the Be Well Coaching Company is very much a Portsmouth-based provision, it has ambitions to provide wellbeing coaching for anyone who needs it, regardless of geographical location.

Emily Alexander added: ‘First and foremost, we want to help people in our own community.

‘We have been amazed by just how supportive and collaborative the people and businesses of Portsmouth have been during the pandemic. Our long term aim is to offer our programme nationwide.’ Visit bewellcoachingcompany.co.uk.
