Solent Business Park office space now fully taken up
Prism offices on Solent Business Park in Whiteley are now fully occupied after the last available suite was leased by vertical farms specialist, Agventure Farms.
The building, which is located on the M27 corridor between Southampton and Portsmouth, is owned by property investment company Craigard, with the joint marketing agents being Vail Williams and Savills.
Agventure Farms has leased the first-floor south suite at the Prism office building on 1650 Parkway, which was the last available.
Property consultancy Vail Williams acted on behalf of commercial property investment company Craigard in the 1,636 sq ft office deal.
Other occupiers in the office building include residential developer Elivia - formerly Crayfern Homes - and South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, which runs an education centre onsite for staff and students on the top floor.
The office building was acquired by Craigard in 2016, with a comprehensive refurbishment of the 29,591square feet property over three floors and arranged as two wings on either side of the central atrium.
David Foster, Craigard’s managing director, said: ‘It is great to see the building now fully let and having done so well since the pandemic – to achieve lettings on circa 60 per cent of the building since the pandemic began is quite an achievement.’
Vail Williams and Savills acted with Lodders Solicitors in Warwickshire for Craigard, while law firm Warner Goodman in Southampton represented Agventure Farms.
Solent Business Park is one of the south’s major business parks, offering a highquality workspace.
