The Cleaner BBC1, 9.30pm

The bad news for fans of Greg Davies is that is the last in the current series of his comedy. The good news is that not only can you still see him on Channel 4’s Taskmaster, but that this episode is something of a Man Down reunion as it sees him teaming up with his former co-star Roisin Conaty, who takes a very different role here. It all begins when a gamekeeper is murdered in rural Wales, and Wicky is called in to clean up the mess. He knows he’ll have to try not to get in the way of the undertakers, but it soon becomes clear that they are not the only people hanging around the scene. He may be able to keep admirably calm when faced with gore, but as the situation takes a turn for the sinister, can he keep his head?

The Big Interiors Battle Channel4,8pm

In last week’s opening episode, the up-and-coming designers got an idea of the sort of standard that was expected of them - and it seems the feedback from judge and award-winning architect Dara Huang is still ringing in the seven remaining contestants’ ears. So, they know they have to make a good impression as they are challenged to turn an empty space into an incredible kitchen worthy of being part of this epic building development. One contender feels like they are on familiar territory, having previously spent time in professional kitchens and as a kitchen designer, but another is more apprehensive after narrowly surviving last week’s lockout. Hopefully, presenter AJ Odudu can help put them at ease as they try to win over Dara.
