Only his sixth league outing of the season, but looked a class act. Comfortable on the ball, fed Jack Sparkes with one excellent pass in the first half. Magnificent tackle to prevent Lincoln scoring after the break.

Will Norris 6 Too casual with his pass to help gift Lincoln a penalty, then kept out the awful spot-kick.

Joe Rafferty 7 A characteristically rugged defensive display.

Conor Shaughnessy 7 Dominated aerially, strong on the ground.

Jack Sparkes 7 Handed a rare start in the second half of the season and didn’t let anyone down.

Tom Lowery 7 (Replaced by Owen Moxon on 59 mins) First appearance since mid-february following time out injured and had some decent moments.

Tino Anjorin 7 (Replaced by Abu Kamara on 65 mins) Been a breath of fresh air since return to fitness and another decent match.

Myles Peart-harris 7 (Replaced by Terry Devlin on 90 mins) There are often promising moments, but he frustratingly fails to take advantage. However, a lovely first-time finish to score the opener.

Callum Lang 6 (Replaced by Christian Saydee on 65 mins) Has struggled to retain the excellent momentum he built up before the injury, but never short of commitment and endeavour.

Paddy Lane 8 Laid on the opener with a lovely pass, then capped it with the second in stoppage time.

Colby Bishop 6 (Replaced by Kusini Yengi on 65 mins) A backheeled opportunity in the first half represented his best chance of the match.

Substitutes

Owen Moxon 6 Another good display. Puts himself about, but also effective on the ball.

Christian Saydee 6 Powerful, a handful, great to watch in full flow.

Abu Kamara 7 Hit the post in stoppage time, before Lane converted the rebound.

Kusini Yengi 7 Made a great impact. Proved a real handful.
