“Anthony Bour­dain:

Parts Un­known” ( 8 p.m., 11:15 p.m., CNN): Crack open a cold one and re­sign your­self to get­ting a lump in your throat as you watch the fi­nale of the 12th and fi­nal sea­son of this bound­lessly en­ter­tain­ing travel se­ries with Anthony Bour­dain, the beloved host who died last June. The episode, “Lower East Side,” finds “Tony” taking a per­sonal jour­ney through what once was a bo­hemian New York neigh­bor­hood, shar­ing meals and con­ver­sa­tion with singer-song­writ­ers Richard Hell and Deborah Harry, and gui­tarist Chris Stein, the co-founder of Blondie. “Christ­mas in Love” (7 p.m., Hall­mark): As his fa­ther pre­pares to re­tire, in­com­ing CEO Nick Car­ling­son (Daniel Liss­ing, “When Calls the Heart”) has big plans for the fam­ily’s in­dus­trial bak­ery, which spe­cial­izes in Kringle pas­tries dur­ing the Christ­mas sea­son. Nick wants to mod­ern­ize the com­pany’s main bak­ery in rus­tic White Deer, Mo., which would mean lay­offs. When his fa­ther in­sists that he visit that site, though, one of the bak­ers there, El­lie Hart­man (Brooke D’Or­say, “Royal Pains”), tries to show him the bak­ery suc­ceeds be­cause of its em­ploy­ees.
