Parts Unknown” ( 8 p.m., 11:15 p.m., CNN): Crack open a cold one and resign yourself to getting a lump in your throat as you watch the finale of the 12th and final season of this boundlessly entertaining travel series with Anthony Bourdain, the beloved host who died last June. The episode, “Lower East Side,” finds “Tony” taking a personal journey through what once was a bohemian New York neighborhood, sharing meals and conversation with singer-songwriters Richard Hell and Deborah Harry, and guitarist Chris Stein, the co-founder of Blondie. “Christmas in Love” (7 p.m., Hallmark): As his father prepares to retire, incoming CEO Nick Carlingson (Daniel Lissing, “When Calls the Heart”) has big plans for the family’s industrial bakery, which specializes in Kringle pastries during the Christmas season. Nick wants to modernize the company’s main bakery in rustic White Deer, Mo., which would mean layoffs. When his father insists that he visit that site, though, one of the bakers there, Ellie Hartman (Brooke D’Orsay, “Royal Pains”), tries to show him the bakery succeeds because of its employees.
