President Trump likes to pardon turkeys. Each day he routinely pardons himself!

Trump says there is “no reason” for him to listen to the tape recording of Khashoggi’s murder. Of course not. It might disturb his conscience as he goes about his regular business of protecting the Saudi crown prince, Jared’s BFF, who the CIA says ordered the hit. Wait a minute.

What conscience?

I’m trying to think of a worse job in the U.S. government currently than Secret Service security detail for anyone in the Trump clan. I’m drawing a blank. Those people are the absolute worst. Can you imagine joining the Secret Service and thinking you’ll have a prestigious job protecting the best and brightest in America, only to be saddled with babysitting Eric Trump? That’s gotta suck.

Most of the Quickly posts are long enough to be editorials or letters to the editor.

The CIA has concluded that the Saudi crown prince ordered the assassination of reporter (Jamal) Khashoggi. President Trump says that the crown prince told him he had nothing to do with it. Who do you think he believes? Not the CIA.

According to the public servant in Quickly, half the country is a sycophantic apologist for the, let’s just call him the president instead of a bunch of kiddie names like the little boy likes to do. That must make the public servant somebody really special, or a gutless coward who hides behind a silly little column where he can vent his frustrations with no restrictions. What a man!

I don’t blame Trump voters for wanting to shut down all Quickly criticism of Trump. If I had voted for this guy, I wouldn’t want to be reminded all the time either of what a really dumb thing I had done.

I don’t get time at my job to take polls about who voted for what party. I work for the union that doesn’t care who you vote for as long as you are united. When is the last time you heard Trump say all of the citizens at one of his Munich-style rallies?

Your poll at lunch is fake news. Eight million more nationwide voted for Democrats. They won the House and now control more statehouse seats.

Read a newspaper during lunch and turn off Fox at home. Educate yourself and then you will able to post facts to Quickly.

Trump acts like he is a tough guy, but he is a fragile little man running out of places to hide.

Guns don’t kill people. People kill people. We want mandatory safety courses for people, not guns. We want more thorough background checks of people, not guns. We want stricter negligence penalties imposed on people, not guns. It you’re stupid enough to think activists are mad abut guns, you’re too stupid to own one.

There is a saying about the unfortunate who internally harbor the corroding energy of guilt. They support extremist capitalism over humanity and over human rights. Bullies are truly weak people so they lash out in explicable heinous ways to try to insulate themselves. It rarely works.
