Gill Thermogrid mid layer range

I tested two of the items in Gill’s new mid layer range: the zip-neck longsleeve top and leggings, made from four-way stretch Thermogrid fabric for ‘extreme stretch and warmth’.

The fabric’s interior grid-construction is said to enhance compressibility, airflow and dry time, while the outer layer is smooth for improved layering.

The slim-fit designs are true to size, very soft and comfortable. They wash well and still look brand new a year later. Details include a soft fabric cover at the top of the zip to avoid chin chafe and thumb holes in the sleeves to keep hands warm. Available in ash grey with red details, other items in the range include a jacket and gilet.

The leggings are priced at £45, the zip neck jumper at £59.
