NEW GUERNSEY HARBOURMASTER

Former Royal Navy Officer David Barker is Guernsey’s new harbourmaster. Barker, who was attached to the Combined Maritime Forces in Bahrain, playing a key role in countering piracy and maritime terrorism, said he was ‘absolutely thrilled’ at his appointment.
