TruDesign saddle clips

With today’s adhesives there’s no longer any need to screw cable ties and other fixings to the boat. However, many of the inexpensive self-adhesive products that are readily available don’t adhere well enough for anything other than temporary use. TruDesign has addressed this issue with its Saddle Clip and Base product. They are designed for efficient routing of wiring or hoses and have a large base with undercuts that treble the bonding area – though if all else fails they can still be screwed down.

A zip type cable tie can be threaded through the base to secure wiring, or alternatively four sizes of saddle clips are available for hoses and plumbing.
