ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Neil Fuller returned to sailing in 2004 after a 39-year gap. Starting with a Vivacity 650 and moving to a Viva 700, Neil now owns Koto, a 1980 Westerly Konsort. He and his wife Karen have sailed her to Normandy, Brittany, and the Channel Islands. Neil recently retired as a project manager for Hewlett Packard and when not sailing now spends his time on various Koto improvement projects.
