Time for oceans

The case and strap of this new watch from Swedish company TRIWA are made of plastic material that has been recovered from the oceans and recycled. These elements are manufactured by tide ocean SA, a Swiss company that has so far recovered 30 tonnes of plastic from the seas for remanufacturing into new products.

TRIWA also hopes this new range will further raise awareness of the critical health of our oceans, particularly the eight million tonnes of plastic that enters each year, as well as an estimated 150 million tonnes currently circulating.
