What can I tow with a B licence?

Not all that much. B licence holders (anyone who passed their test on or after 1 January 1997 and hasn’t passed a towing test since) are restricted to cars and caravans with a combined maximum authorised mass (MAM) of 3500kg. The Galaxy has a gross vehicle weight/mam of 2685kg, which leaves just 815kg for the caravan. So realistically, a B licence holder will want to upgrade to a B+E entitlement.
