Hymer attracts private equity interest
The Erwin Hymer Group, which is exploring the possibility of a listing on the stock market, is said to have gained interest from private equity backers as a possible alternative.
Reuters says two potential buyout groups are expected to table bids by early September.
The German company, which owns Elddis, Compass, Xplore and Buccaneer in the UK, is looking at a possible 3bn euro listing as it seeks new investment from outside the Hymer family.
