I would like to commend Specialised Covers for their excellent customer service. In fitting the custommade cover on my new Bailey Clubman, one of the supplied lifting poles was unfortunately broken by my rather overenthusiastic assistant! I contacted Specialised Covers to order a new pole and without hesitation, a new pair of poles was sent to me, completely free of charge. Such first-class after-sales service needs to be recognised and I would be very grateful if you could mention this in your next issue of Practical Caravan. David Sturt
