Catering trailer looks for new market

A West Midlands firm that builds retro trailers for the outdoor catering market is looking to enter the caravan sector.

Richard Spratley, director of Revival Trailers, says he has wanted to offer his trailers as tourers ever since the company was founded in 2012, but was diverted by enquiries from outdoor caterers wanting something suitable to take to events.

At present, Revival produces five models, ranging in length from 4.44m to 7.32m. All have brakes, and the largest two have twin axles. He hopes to offer caravans using the same trailers, with bespoke interiors. Starting prices for its current line-up of trailers range from £14,300 to £24,500. Caravans are likely to be priced along the same lines.
