Situated some 15 miles to the north-east of Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park, this site is in a fantastic location for exploring the dramatic landscapes of this part of Scotland.
Hiking, biking and climbing are all very popular activities throughout the year, and of course, during the winter months, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy a range of snow sports, too.
While more technical hikes and climbs are available in the high mountains, there are also easier trails to explore, and the park is situated near two of Scotland’s Great Trails – Speyside Way and Dava Way.
Other attractions nearby include historic Balmoral Castle, fishing in the Spey and atmospheric Loch Ness.
