Set among the beautiful plants and trees of Edinburgh’s iconic Royal Botanic Gardens, this huge light display brings real Christmas spirit to the city. This fabulous celebration of all things Christmas is the perfect family day out, with something for everyone. Tucked away in Kielder Forest Park, the Winter Wonderland is home to snow tubing, reindeer, Santa’s Elves’ Workshop, a Christmas Theatre and festive food stalls. You might even bump into Father Christmas while you’re there!

25 November 2023 Glastonbury Frost Fayre
Taking over the town each year, Glastonbury’s famous Frost Fayre is an all-day celebration of the wintertime. There will be plenty of live entertainment, fairground rides, and food and drink, along with late-night shopping and stalls of arts, crafts, gifts and local produce.
The Town Hall, meantime, will host Children’s World, a selection of craft workshops and storytelling for youngsters. Father Christmas and his helpers will be there, too!
