I think 80mph is fine. The trucks still go 56mph so you can just potter along with them. Works well in Italy and France. Self driving cars are not for me… it’s like a self eating meal or buying a book of completed crosswords. Ian Ferguson

There are numerous acccidents and motorway closures with a 70mph limit, so until people learn how to drive, I don’t think it’s a good idea. Scott Anderson

I don’t think that autonomous vehicles in an urban or rural environment will be a reality in my life time as there are just far too many variables. But strictly for motorway use only I think it’s a great idea. Ashley Christie
