Surrey nod for Mike Hawthorn

More than 100 pre-1959 classics filled the streets of Farnham, Surrey, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of local hero Mike Hawthorn becoming the first British racing driver to win the World Championship. Some 4000 people watched cars such as Hawthorn’s 1955 Le Mans-winning D-type Jaguar and Riley Ulster Imp.
