BURT’S MISSED GEAR
You may have missed one of Burt Reynold’s best car moments (PC October 2018). In The
Longest Yard he is seen getting away in a great scene with much shifting of gears. However, when he stops at the edge of the dock and leans in to select a gear to send the Citroën off into oblivion, he clearly selects drive on an automatic transmission. Oops!
