‘I cut this out of a bush in Coventry’

I cut this out of a bush in Coventry in 2013 and then got to work. It was rotten from one end to the other, but it was gifted to me. I got started on it and then I got ill so it became personal. Seventeen months later I finished the welding. I also did the restoration course at Leeds College and ever since then I have been welding up everyone else’s Landcrabs. Which is why this one isn’t quite finished. It’s a lovely ride, it’s done 80k miles and it has been no trouble.
