10 Automatic gearbox

Check the fluid level (consult your manual). Renew the fluid every 30,000 miles. To do so, remove the gearbox sump and torque converter drain plugs. Unbolt the sump, clean throughly, replace the filter and refit with a new gasket. Refit the plugs and refill.
