The early horn slip ring assembly found on pre-1969 MGBS (GHN3/4 – GHD3/4) and Midgets (GAN4), with non-collapsible type steering column has been obsolete for many years, with even good secondhand examples hard to find. MGOC Spares has recommissioned the complete slip ring assembly, comprising brass slip ring, two-piece plastic rotor, wire contact, rotor spring, column spring and spacer, plus retaining circlips and washers (with spares included). Each kit is manufactured by hand in the UK.
