Modern Classics welcome – especially the Jag X-type!

I am really pleased to see that a ‘Modern Classics’ section is returning to PC from the February issue onwards.

The two main Jaguar clubs are combining their efforts for a joint celebration at Blenheim Palace over a weekend with the main show on Sunday May 16. The Jaguar X-type is 20 years old this year and owners are being encouraged to display and parade their cars alongside the E-type and MKX, which are both turning 60.

I’ve owned three X-types and I am convinced it makes a great future classic, being affordable and straightforward to maintain. An article in PC would really boost interest in these great cars! Dave Eynon, X-type Coordinator JEC, djeynon@btinternet.com
