Congratulations!

You and your team have done a great job this past year, keeping us informed and entertained in what has been a most depressing year.

You recently rekindled memories of my father’s old 1957 VW Microbus Car Caravan converted by the Pitt Company, later knows as Canterbury Pitt. It was very good, but painfully slow with just 36bhp from its 1192cc engine. My father sold it in 1966 and I am glad to say that I persuaded him to speed up after that with an Austin A110 Westminster, later followed by a Triumph 2.5Pi MKI, two Rover SD1 3500s and a Rover 825 Sterling, such was my influence by then. I really should have kept some of those cars – especially the 2.5Pi! Chris Wynne, West Midlands
