James Crow bags rare Rover 75 V8

IMy father and I love Mg/rover products and have long been curious about the 75 V8, having had standard 75s in the past. We had to have a go when this one came up for sale because it has almost every factory extra. Not many V8s had these Vortex alloys – they were a £1000 option – but they give the car a much better stance. It’s also in Monogram Poseidon paint, which is stunning in the sun; it’s one of only four 75s painted this colour. We’ve had the car serviced, with rear brake pipes replaced. Next, the bonnet will be re-painted along with the front bumper to make it mint. This will be carried out by Cleckheaton Body Repair, which specialises in Monogram paint. It may then be up for sale…
