You can push a bush out using a threaded bar. Use a small socket to push on the centre of the bush, and a large one to receive it as it’s pushed out. The pushing’s done as you wind a nut down the thread. A garage or workshop would probably use a hydraulic press. Sometimes you can simply knock a bush out (and in, too) if it’s not especially tight or rusted-in. Don’t hit it so hard as to cause damage.
