Mystery pollution in Wales

Practical Fishkeeping (UK) - - Aquatic News -

An as-yet-unidentified pollutant has caused the deaths of thousands of fish in a 5.5-mile stretch of the River Clywedog, near Wrexham. Natural Resources Wales (NRW) has described the deaths as a “major pollution incident”. NRW will remain on site to monitor water conditions and assess the impact on wildlife and the environment, as well as investigating the source of the pollution.
