Feeding plants on wood

Plants which draw their nutrients from the water column such as Java Fern, Anubias and Bucephalandra will benefit considerably from the addition of a liquid plant fetiliser. Many fertilisers come with a recommended weekly dose, try splitting that dose into seven smaller daily doses to ensure your plants always have access to the nutrients they require.
