Fine-tune the crop bounding box to suit your image

Practical Photography (UK) - - Photoshop Genius... -

If you hit Clear in the Tool Options you’ll be unconstrained and can pull the crop box any which way to get the crop you want. Pull the left or right middle control points to adjust the width, and the central top or bottom control points to adjust the height. Pulling the corners will change both the width and height, which can be adjusted proportionally by holding the Shift key, or hover your cursor over the outside edge of a corner until you see the doubleended arrows to rotate the crop.
